☆グリップの使い分けについて☆

ど〜も〜悩める高校生たぁやんです〜

最近色々な指導者の方から
サーブ　スマッシュなどはコンチネンタルグリップを活用した方が良い
（自分は普段ウエスタングリップ）とのご指導があったので、
最近は、グリップを持ち替えながらプレイできるよう練習しています

しかし、自分としては本当にそれで良いのか迷っているところなのですが、
そういったことに詳しい方のご意見をぜひぜひ参考に聞かせてください
