かなさんが書きました:相手のサーブをどう返せばいいですか？いつもは、軽くしか打たないんですけど、思いっきり打った方がいいのですか？前に思いっきり打ちすぎて、アウトしてしまって…。後衛にも迷惑かけてしまって…。　

思い切り打って入らないとなると、思い切り打ちすぎなのか、あるいは、それだけの技術がないかです。たいていは後者でしょう。
どう返せばいいの？あるいは思い切り打ったほうがいいのですが？という質問がすごく曖昧で答えようがないのですが、思い切りかえす、ということは威力のある返球をしたいのだと推測できます。
威力を重視すればそれだけミスの可能性が増えることになります。そのミスの確率を減らすには練習するしかないですね。練習して技術があがればさらに、思い切り、のレベルがあがります。

技術的なことをいえば思い切り打ってしかもミスしないようにするには、ドライブを充分にかけることです。ドライブをかけすぎるとかえってボールが不安定になりますが、そのへんのコツも練習でつかむしかないんですよ。

　レシーブは、まずは、後衛前に深く返せるように練習しましょう。
　強く打つではなくて、深く打つことを心掛けるのです。
　攻めるときであっても、打点はやはり膝の高さくらいが、今はベストだと思います。

　レシーブが自信をもって深く打てるようになったら、次のステップは打点を上げることです。

　レシーブが上手くできないということですか？
　もしそうだとして、安定したレシーブを打つためには、ボールを膝の高さくらいまで落として打つことをお勧めします。
　そのためには、レシーブの構えをやや後ろ気味からスタートさせると良いかもしれません。

　膝の高さで打つということを意識して、トライしてみて下さい。

相手がサーブを打ってくるとき、自分の前に来たボールをあせって打つことが出来ないんです。取ろうと思ってもラケットにボールが当たらず、ミスしてばかりです。時々相手が早い球を打ってくるんですけど、そのときはどうやってとればいいんですか？
来た球をとる時、やっぱり少し待ってから手元に伸びてきたときに、打ったほうがいいですか？　　色々質問してごめんなさい。もし、宜しければ教えてください。お願いします。

私は前衛なんですが、前衛のポジションが良く分かりません。相手の後衛が右から打って、私のペアの後衛にサーブを打つとき、私(前衛)はどうしたらいいのでしょうか？ネットの前につくのか、それとも後ろに下がっているのか？　そして相手の前衛がサーブを打つときもネットの前につくのか、それとも後ろにいるのか？私のコーチは、相手の前衛がサーブを打つときは、前につけって言われたんですが…。　昨日試合があってその時思いっきり注意を受けたので、前衛のポジションが分かるといいのですが…。教えてください。お願いします。。。

あと一ヶ月しかない、といっても中学生はみなそうなので、そのなかでがんばるしかないですね。質問とちょっとはずれますが、徹底的にサービスとレシーブを練習することをおすすめします。もちろんボレーもスマッシュもやらなきゃだめですよ。でも意識的にサービスとレシーブの練習に熱をいれてみてください。勝率アップに一番効果ありです。

私は前衛です。私の中学校は市内ではそんなに強くありません。でも、あと１ヶ月ぐらいで市中総体があるのでそれまでにどうしても強くなりたいんです。いろいろと努力はしているんですが、バックボレーと、スマッシュがいつもキマりません。ずうずうしいですが、何か知っている方は教えてください。お願いします。
